Italia Marittima S.p.A. (hereinafter ITS) process the data of the applicants who turn in theirs curriculum for applications, in particular ITS collect curricula of applicants by the guidelines given in the ITS website at the address (http://www.italiamarittima.it/jobopp.asp).
In particular in web page it is requested to deliver duly signed the form for acknowledgment given within the informative on data processing that herebelow is indicated.
Italia Marittima S.p.A., pursuant to the privacy law dispositions provided by the Italian Legislative Decree n° 196/03, gives you the information that the data relevant to your person collected by the curriculum will be processed in printing computing and telematic, in Italy and abroad only for the purpose of valuing the possibility and interest of Italia Marittima for a future assumption.
Data collected will be processed and held by Italia Marittima for two (2) years and after will be deleted.
The conferring of the data, therefore, is facultative but your deny to the conferment or to the right of processing them by Italia Marittima will be the cause of the impossibility for the Company itself to store and to keep your data in the data bases, and so will determinate the impossibility for Italia Marittima of valuing your possible assumption.
The data collected will be processed, also abroad, only for the purposes of recruiting new employees, in compliance with Company necessity, and the data collected will not be communicated to other companies or entities.
You are hereby informed that as "interested person" you can exercise all the rights set forth in artt. 7,8,9,10 and followings of the D.Lgs 196/03 including the right of data update, modification, amendments, objects against data processing and cancellation.
The Holder of the right to process data is Italia Marittima S.p.A. addressed in Trieste (Italy) Passeggio Sant'Andrea n° 4.
Hereby I undersigned confirm and report to have received the complete informative as per artt. 13 - 23 of D.Lgs 196/03 and I give my free consent to the processing of my data for the purposes indicated in the informative received.
