This Informative Notice for processing personal data for recruitment and selection process is to explain how we will process your personal data provided by you
in the "curriculum form" advertised in this Company’s Web Site and seek your consent for us to use such your personal data for company recruitment purpose
and your rights regarding the provision. Please peruse this informative notice carefully and please confirm your understanding to the contents, agree and
authorize Italia Marittima S.p.A. to use your personal data for Company recruitment purpose.
PURPOSES OF PERSONAL DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING:
According to General Data Protection Regulations (the REGULATION EU 2016/679), the personal data can be processed lawfully, inter alia, as long as the
data subject give their consent. This Informative Notice addresses the personal data process which requires your consent in advance.
The purpose of this processing operation is to recruit suitable candidates for Italia Marittima S.p.A. and to conduct the processing of applications of job,
necessary processing in connection with pre-contractual legal relationship, which arise in connection with contract initiation for the recruitment procedure
we may collect your personal data directly from you or other publicly accessible resources to the extent permitted by applicable local legislation. Subject to
applicable local legislation and practice, you may be asked to provide with your personal data including:
• identification information: your name, date and place of birth if any, ID number and other such information used for
identification / authentication to you.
• contact information: address, telephone and fax number, email address and/or other contact details.
• competence information: education and training records, professional experience, job qualifications, linguistic and
other skills and competencies.
• other information: any other personal information you may provide voluntarily or other personal information related
to recruiting from publicly accessible resources.
LEGAL BASIS OF THE DATA PROCESSING - VOLUNTARY DISCLOSURE
Your consent to provide the requested personal data in connection with recruitment process is given under voluntarily basis and you are free and not obliged to
provide the requested data and you may determine the extent of data you wish to provide. Nevertheless, please note that if you decide not to provide the

TIME LIMIT FOR DATA PRESERVATION
Personal Data pertaining to applicants contained in the curricula vitae will be kept for a period of maximum 2 years following the receipt of the same. Data
will be deleted at the end of the aforementioned time limit. If you are recruited by Italia Marittima S.p.A. relevant data collected during your pre-employment
period will become part of your personnel records and will be used for corporate management purpose.
DATA RECIPIENTS AND DATA TRANSMISSION
Your personal data held by us, subject to your prior consent, will always be kept confidential. Your personal data will not be disclosed by us to other third
parties, unless this is necessary to fulfill legal obligations. For the recruitment purposes, your data will be disclosed only to the Human Resources sectors,
the members of the selection panel as well as the Head of the Resources Unit and the Directors of this Company and Financial Department (for payment purpose
and budget), labor lawyer and consultancy, health and prevention outsource service. If you are decided to be hired, Italia Marittima S.p.A. as member of
Evergreen Group and of "Evergreen Line", may share your personal data for the purposes of recruitment process only with some Companies belonging to
Evergreen Line, such as Evergreen International Corporation, with seat in Taiwan, Republic of China, and Evergreen Marine Corporation (Taiwan) Ltd., with seat
in Taiwan, Republic of China. Since this Company is incorporated in non EU country for which is currently missing an adequacy decision by the EU Commission,
proper guarantees to safeguard the safe and lawful management of your personal data are implemented, such as the standard data protection clauses adopted by
the European Commission, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulations 2016/679 (REGULATION EU 2016/679).
SECURITY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
We have implemented industrial best practice technical and operational security standard to protect personal data from loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction.
Your personal data may be stored whether physically or electronically. For data protection and security consideration, the stored physical data will be kept
under lock and the electronical data are secured by password to access and kept under proper access control mechanism and fire wall protection. Only trained
